Is it suitable for my height?

Both the Back Right models are 'one size fits all, which means that they just fit no matter how tall you are. Hust ensures you feel comfortable when putting it under your back.
 

Back right Non-padded or Back Right Padded?

Both models work excellently and do the same job. Simply, if you want a cushioned feel for a more comfortable stretch, along with the acupressure effect, go for Back Right Padded. But if you don't mind the hardness and the pressure nodes, you might go for the non-padded version. 


 

How do I use it?

    1. Set Up and Begin

      To assemble the back stretcher, follow these steps: Kneel on the ground and wedge the back end of the back stretcher against your knees.

    2. Stretching Arms, Back and Leg

      After the back stretcher is placed in the appropriate position, lay your back down on it and slowly exhale while slightly contracting your core.

    3.  Stretch to the Maximum

      Experiment placing it in different positions and see which area provides the best relief or deepest stretch. Remain in this position while calmly breathing for a few minutes at a time and try to get a cumulative total of 5-10 minutes a day in this stretched position. Use whenever you feel tightness in your back region to optimize the benefits of the back stretcher.
